5 minimum hunting days are required
Daily rate inclusive of food, drinks, accommodation, laundry,
4-wheel drive vehicle, trackers, skinners, guide/P.H.,
trophy hunting license, field preparation of trophies and
delivery to local taxidermist.
Single: 1 Professional Hunter x
1 hunter = US$450 per day/per hunter
Double: 1 Professional Hunter x 2 hunters = US$375 per
day/per hunter
Bow: 1 Professional Hunter x 1 hunter = US$500 per day/per
hunter
Dangerous Game:
Single: 1 Professional Hunter x 1 hunter = on request
Double: 1 Professional Hunter x 2 hunters = on request
Non-hunters/Observers = US$185

Transfer US$400 per vehicle each way from Byseewah/Windhoek
International Airport. Aircraft drop-off is
approximately US$1 400 (charges are based on a Cessna 210
x4 pax).
Appropriate weapons are available for rent at US$25 per
day. Ammunition extra.
Visit
nearby Etosha Pan in our air-conditioned 4x4 for a day
or more. US$300 per day per person including vehicle,
driver, meals and drinks. (stay-over extra).
Fishing
trip along our coastline. US$350 per day per person
including vehicle and driver all tackle and bait, meals
and accommodation. Services of a professional fisherman. |

Payment:
40% deposit of the total daily rate is payable to confirm a
booking. Balance payable one month prior to start of safari.
Bank charges for clients account. Cancellations are
accepted not less than 3 months prior to start of safari for
return of deposit less charges on condition that the safari
can be re-booked. Traveler’s cheques, cash and bank-to-bank
deposits are accepted. No personal cheques.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Although every effort will be made to follow up and find
wounded game, at the first sign of blood the animal is
deemed taken and will be paid for in full by the client plus
15% VAT.

Export of trophies to be paid to shipper
Car trips for tourism are charged by mileage on request
